2. Discovery Call

We will have a short conversation to discuss where you are currently at and where you want to go! We will set intentions and decide on next steps.
3. Choose a Package

Are you in need of a quick and effective SOS type call because you're really deep into it and need help fast? Or are you interested in deeper, more integrated healing? We will go over the packages together and decide what is best for you.
4. Start Coaching Sessions

We will schedule our session(s) and meet via Zoom for video calls. Diving deep into whatever you're facing, we will uncover paradigms, shift limiting beliefs, and free you up to live and grow and climb unrestricted.
5. Prepare to Launch

At the end of each coaching session, we will identify action steps and goals for you to accomplish before our next session. Once your coaching package is complete, you can certainly continue working with me on a regular basis or you can continue your journey as a more empowered and knowledgable version of yourself! Come back when you're ready to go another level deeper!
